Visitors should understand it is kind of ok to behave this way in the French Quarter, but please keep your shirt on while attending Mardi Gras parades outside of the Quarter. Parades are a family thing. Well, they are more than that. But anyway, you will catch plenty enough beads at our parades even if you don't tease the riders with flesh.
