courtyard looks like. The HNOC maintains New Orleans historical archives. It is one of the great places to research New Orleans Jazz or nearly any New Orleans subject. They have an enormous collection of early New Orleans photographs. For example, they have all of my great uncle Charles Frank's transparencies from the early to mid 1900s.
